BETEN International is a service company which specialised originally in high technologies. This company was founded in 1996 by Jean ROCHE. Prior to that, this French engineer already had more than 20 years of experience in managing engineering companies. The focus of the company remains principally the study, the realisation and exploitation of industrial projects at an international level. BETEN also conducts consulting missions where it delegates highly skilled experts of particular spheres of activity. After a period where the means and the company personnel were mostly based in France working on projects in Africa, Middle East and Asia, BETEN progressively began specializing on Eastern European countries. Its principal base is now situated in Ukraine. The company also actively works on projects in Moldova and Russia.
