BoISS is the fund administration and custody arm of Bank of Ireland Group, now servicing assets in excess of $115bn (Aug '10) for a range of domestic and international institutional clients.

Our areas of expertise include fund administration, custody, middle-office outsourcing, securities lending, although we pride ourselves on developing and tailoring the service to meet specific client needs.

Our experience is wide ranging, and covers specialised funds (including ETFs, multi-manager, property, hedge, fund of funds, mutual, money market, structured products) for a range of offshore and onshore structures. We also provide a comprehensive range of middle office administration services including trade matching and settlement management.

We place the utmost importance on maintaining a strong control environment throughout the organisation. Effective control of processes is a vital component in delivering quality service. We maintain SAS 70 Type II compliance (most recent reports are for the 12 month period to 31st December 2009) to ensure controls, to the highest international standards, are in place.
