Financing: We source, structure, negotiate, execute financing for hedge fund portfolios. The financing may be for liquidity, FX or leverage purposes. See the Case Study section for a detailed example of our services in this area.
Structured Investments: We construct UCITS III funds from existing off-shore hedge funds. See the Case Study section for two examples of our services in this area. We also establish capital-guaranteed notes and other structured investments.
Managed Accounts: We negotiate the establishment of managed accounts (or other bespoke structures) with individual hedge funds.
Prime Brokerage: We arrange and negotiate preferential terms for managed accounts with prime brokers.
